Actually, there are people out there who think it IS torturous. I know about 3 women throughout my life that literally told me you could tickle information out of them. I asked them if they were serious and they said yes. I have tickled them before and they are off the charts ticklish. But they are not tickle fetishists, so doing a "session" was not in the cards for me. Just the fact they admitted that they would give up their information to make it sotp lets me know that yeah, tickle interrogation could actually work.
