Depends on the question. If a question is asking about something I experienced with a particular person, I'll think of them. Sometimes I think about the likelihood that someone is going to see my answer, and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. Sometimes I don't think about anyone and just say exactly what I'm thinking.

i think of my wife or myself, first. then i think back to all the women i was fortunate enough to know and tickle all my life.
