Hello! This is actually from the very first edition of the Tied & Tickled video series by California Star. It was released in the late 1980's, and was probably the first tickling video ever! I have fond memories of this scene, as it was the first time I had ever seen a tickle fetish video. I still have the VHS tape somewhere!

dm0101 is right on the money. She is still one of my favorite laughers. It's amazing that California Star started so strong, then went right downhill, quality wise. I think they were always more of a straight bondage company that did tickling for some extra income. They had a lot of really bad ticklers and not-so-ticklish women as the series went on.
