Yes, i know this site -- Kusuguri Takuhaibin, could be translated Tickling Home Delivery Service. It's a tickling call service wherein you can make arrangements to meet a girl to tickle or be tickled by at a love hotel.

They also have many videos, but these are only sold to people who have made use of the call service.
