It was a japanese TV show, with a girl on an x-frame, specifically to be tickled. It was about a half-hour long, decent quality, and it started with a 'K', Komugi, or something... I had it, then lost it in a tragic hard drive crash, and haven't been able to find it since. It's not in the list of all clips posted, but I know it was here a while ago.
