1. Scooby Doo. The gang got captured and each one of them was being tortured in a different way. Shaggy was being tickled on his bare feet by a mop swinging back and forth like a pendulum. I hated that it was Shaggy and not Daphne or Velma.

2. A trash bag commercial where a woman was in her wedding dress and hanging onto a trash bag in order to prevent falling into a vat of grapes and ruining her wedding dress. There was a guy at the top of the vat and he reached down to tickle her armpits and said "now for the clincher".

3. The Electric Company. I think it was Winnie who was in a haunted house. A huge door creaked open and a giant foot in a white sock came through the door and toward her slowly. As it was about to squish her against the wall, she tickled the foot and said "tickle tickle". The foot retreated rapidly.

I think you might be misremembering this one. It was actually Josie and the Pussycats, and Alexander was the one on the rack.

It was definitely Scooby Doo. I can't find any mention of it with a google search.

I just googled Josie and the Pussycats and found the clip you mentioned. It's bizarre how similar it is to Scooby Doo. Same exact concept. I have never watched Josie and the Pussycats so this isn't the one I saw. It was an actual mop in the one I saw.

Definitely Josie and the Pussycats and not Scooby-Doo:

I can understand the confusion as both characters were voiced by Casey Kasem who used similar voices for a lot of his characters.
