Does anyone remember this story?

This is something I remember from years ago, I can’t even remember what website it was on, but I think it was called “The Factor.”
A spy named Lisa gets caught by a CEO while she’s infiltrating a gala or other party he’s hosting. She gets tied up in his office with her high heels removed and he begins ticking her feet while holding her toes back, and admires them as well as her laugh. Eventually he finds and activates her emergency tracker and takes her heels so she has to go barefoot when she’s rescued. She gets home and finds he’s mailed one of her heels back to her with a note saying they’ll meet again soon.
