So I've been going out with my boyfriend for about 2 years now. He has no idea I'm into tickling.

He tickles me almost every time we are together. Usually it's just playful tickling while we're on the road or in public. It's only a squeeze on the ribs or knees, which makes me yelp each time. He tells me he does this because my reaction is "cute."

When we are on a bed, he usually loves to pin me down and tickle me really hard. When he does, he instantly gets a massive erection.

Sometimes, he tells me he wants to tie me up and tickle me (I instantly get super excited during these random moments 😀)

So, from all this info, do any of you think he also has a tickle fetish? I'm afraid to ask or tell him I have one. I know he won't judge me, but I just haven't found the courage. :/

I'd like to suggest that whether he "has a tickle fetish" isn't exactly the question. You can already see that he gets turned on by tickling you, and that's pretty much the definition. The secret that you've been keeping from him, so far, is not that you get turned on by tickling, but rather, that there exists a community of which you are a member, in which people are so into tickling that they post on a message board about it and get together for annual conventions where they tie each other up and tickle each other in groups, and that there are people who spend much of their day counting down to when they'll be back at such a convention. That's what could take him some getting used to.

When it comes to having a boyfriend who shares your proclivity, it seems to me, you already have that, because he already tickles you and has suggested tying you up--which is a good sign toward the next step, I think. The only question remaining is whether he'll be cool about your membership in this community, and be interested in joining it himself. My suggestion, on that, could be that you work up to it cautiously by mentioning small components of it (as in, "do you know they have message boards and conventions all about tickling?"). If he shows an interest and asks you more about it, that's a sign he's cool with it. If he quickly changes the subject, that means he's better off not knowing. Either way, you'll still get tickled and you'll both get turned on, so essentially this next part is bonus round.
