Does someone remember this movie?

I saw a movie about 12-15 years ago about a teacher (short-dark hair) who was teaching special-ed kids to do a musical about Liberace and she was talking to one of her good friends (a guy) about how she has big feet and he made a comment (kinda out of red riding hood lore) about 'more to tickle you with' and grabbed her ankle and began tickling her foot. She of course screamed and laughed and was eventually able to wrestle her feet free from the tickling. It was probably about a 10-15 second scene. Anybody else see this? Thanks.
