That's from an old tickling paradise video. I forget which one, but it stars "Summer". As far as I'm aware that's the entire tickling segment involving her and that dog.

It's probably from the early 2000, probably around 2000-2004, somewhere like that. Their clips were never very long, though past the babysitter video, I've never gotten hold of an entire video.

I used to watch this on YouTube, and then it was taken down. I just love this girl's laugh! I especially love the way she apparently can't laugh without hiccuping! This is exactly the kind of female laughter that drives me crazy. But the sound is of poor quality and it is not synchronized with the video. For example, when she says, "Please stop," the video just shows her laughing, not speaking. But I can deal with it!
