Suggestion: Add restraints around his waist, anchoring the middle of his body so that he can't wriggle side-to-side.

Hmmm. I'll try when I get time. Gonna be hard to add waist restraints that don't look totally fake (fake as in don't fit into the scene with correct shadows, etc)
