A man is walking down the street. All of a sudden he hears "13,13, 13,13" being yelled from behind a fence. He walks over to the fence, and wanting to know what is going on, he looks through a hole in the fence and gets poked in the eye. and hears "14, 14, 14,14" being yelled from behind the fence.
