OK, I seem to be improving with my drawing skills, but one thing I'm really having trouble drawing is the eye. For some reason, drawing a realistic looking eye is a bit complicated. Any advice on how I should go about trying to draw a realistic (or anime style) eye? Step by step diagrams are great but not necessary.

I am working on a set of tutorials that will actually cover this. The tutorials will be for both standard and anime styles. They will be step by step.
