Supposedly you can, although I had great difficulty. I managed to make an account but I couldn't seem to get anything to work..

If you have any luck let me know because there are some beauties on there I want to download.

Does anyone know where you can purchase clips from these Japanese studios? I thought they would be available on the old Japan Tickling clips4sale (Kazuo Matsushita), but they don't look like they're there. Seems to be the same company but several different smaller "studios". I don't believe you can make an English speaking account on duga and pay for clips.

I didn't try to actually pay for a clip.
but i used Chrome to translate the page, and choose a clip, added it to my cart, and got all the way to the payout page.
i don't see that it's mandatory to open an account..
i assume that if i went all the way and complete the order I can easily download the clip...
