I have a question which may sound a little dumb, but please be patient with me.

I've noticed the growing trend of tickling videos popping up for sale on Ebay. I thought that was illegal due to copyright violations and such. Was I wrong about that?

Any answers appreciated.
 
Hmmmmm...... Well, as long as they sell the original and don't just make a billion copies to sell, it should be as legal as selling an old piece of furniture at a garage sale.
