Ebony Tickling Clip / "Tickle Dreams" (?)

I'm looking for an older clip entitled "Tickle Dreams" or something similar. It features a woman sleeping and hearing a woman on her radio talk about the weather being submissive or something. She then appears in a crazy costume and ties her down to the bed to tickle her. Both are black. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
