anyone heard of Ed Byrne?
there is a show here in england called "mock the week".
its a comedy show about the weeks news events.
the last one i saw had someone called Ed Byrne on it.
he was so funny!
i looked up his stuff.
someone on youtube put his whole show on.
he was so funny. he did this whole sketch on Allannis Morrisette.
about the irony song.
i though i would repeat some of it here and now.
Alanis Morrisette has a song called "isnt it ironic?"
no
nothing in the song is ironic.
it has lines like "when your stuck in a traffic jam when your already late."
thats not ironic.
its just fucking annoying!
it would only be annoying if you were a town planner and you were late for a meeting on town planning where you are due to do a lecture about how you solved the issue of traffic jams in your area.
the only ironic thing about the song is that its written by a person who doesnt know what irony is!
she was approached by the american institute of proper usage of the english language. which is ironic since she comes from canada!
