Didn't Karloff/Lugosi star in "The Raven" way back when? I guess it is time for a sequel. Did Roger Corman do the Raven among his Poe adaptations? Next it could be Billy Ray Cyrus in the "Achy-Breaky Tell Tale Heart". Then a riot would be in order. 😉

While both of those movies were very good for what they were, neither had much to do with Poe's poem itself. In the Karloff/Lugosi film, for instance, Lugosi was an insane surgeon obsessed with Poe, who built torture devices inspired by Poe's stories.
