It's been a great 3-day weekend here. Just everything has been awesome so I'm really enjoying it. Glad you will be around the SSF 🙂.

There was a time when four or five people played the Hangman game regularly. One of them, AmishTickler, delighted in making no letter guesses, waiting patiently as others made letter guesses, and swooping in with the solution. Even worse, after he won he would be neglectful and not respond to guesses of the game he was running for two or three days.

It was because of AmishTickler that I stated a new rule that I would follow: If 25 hours went by after a guess with the person running the game not responding, then anybody who noted that was free to start a new game.
 
Well we rarely have that situation anymore so...and if you were away for a day or 2 I'd just wait for you to get back.

Anyway, when I know that I will be going away, I try not to guess a solution just before leaving.
 
TM is really helping the game going more too. I wonder why Kurch never plays.

I have often wondered that as well, but it's not polite to ask him.
I now keep two or three future games written down so I don't have a huge pause after winning before starting a new game.
