yeah actually it is (sorry mr. red indian), i was wondering amongst our amateur prognisticators who they believe has the best chance of at least a winning record this year (anything above 8-8)...i'm not the best guesser at this sort of thing since i tend to let my emotional attachment to my home team rule my judgment...who do ya'll think we have a decent shot at making the playoffs, being a wildcard team, and possibly winning the superbowl.

I completely agree with Krokus on Seattle. Philly again looks great on paper, but can't seem to get through the playoffs. A fourth consecutive NFC Championship loss might bring the mob to the Linc to burn it down...

Every year there's at least one team that comes out of nowhere to challenge, and I think that one of the following teams has that realistic potential based on personnel, coaching changes and divisional match-ups, etc. :

Cincinnati
New Orleans
Chicago
Jacksonville

Arizona will improve under the leadership of Dennis Green, but are still a couple of key positions away from a playoff run. Give Denny two years, he'll have the Cards in the playoffs.
