Who is she, and why is that one guy trying to stretch her?

she's one of the main protagonists from a Disney feature film called "the black cauldron". in the cartoon she's introduced as a captive in a dungeon. the stretching is really just to keep her exposed- she's a princess so its anyone's guess what they're trying to get out of her, whether its info or just retribution

I don't know her age in the story canon. either way "she" is just a collection of animation cells.
