She's switching between English and Hindi. The other stuff in the background is mostly movie dialogues and song lyrics, just to kind of emphasize how the situation is funny. She's basically doing a feature, and trying her best to talk on camera while trying not to laugh. As is obvious, she's failing, spectacularly cutely 🙂
