No idea. I think it's just about the goofiest thing ever and I see no appeal.

When I grew up there was G.I. Joe & Stretch Armstong, Big Josh,etc.The Six Million Dollar Man..aka the Bionic Man. Darn have times changed.A tickling toy would've only added to my fetish as a kid.Guess I'm getting old.LOL
