Anyone had to go somewhere, docotors office, (obvious one being pedicure),tattoo parlor, where you are examined or someone does something to your body and it tickles and you start laughing and get all embarrassed?

For my routine physical i have to get an ekg done. Ive had my physical twice so i had to go through it twice. The person performing my ekg were both girls. First time she was younger than me second time my age or olderolder. bout 22-25. I had to take my shirt of and im not very comfortable with my shirt off so that made me more nervous. You have to lay down on this cold plastic bench thing with that strip of white paper laid down for sanitary reasons. Also knowing whats coming makes it worse. Especially when you have to do it again.

She started to put the ekg stickers on and the ones on the chest are fine. its only when she started to reach over and put them on my ribs that i start laughing. The gloves on my skin and her pushing on my ribs to get the stickers to stay tickled and my nervousness and vulnerability made it worse. And all of that combined made me do that laugh where your whole body shakes cuz you're trying to hold it in. It calmed down while she was taking the test but when she proceeded to take them off it tickled again. I finally stood up and put my shirt on and left all red in the face. Couldnt look at either of them as I left. Thank fully they just laughed and said that shes never had anyone who was ever ticklish before.

It was the closest thing to a tickling experience in my life. Her body just looming over me and her arms reaching over me was exhilarating.

This is my favorite kind of tickle! There's something about it being a sort of "inappropriate" situation to laugh or react in, all the while you're in such a vulnerable position to be tickled like crazy. Personally I experience it most at the doctor's when they push on your abdomen, but also in professional massages (legs and feet) and once at an acupuncture appointment. I love hearing stories about this kind of thing - and have heard many from past (and present 😉 girlfriends. I've posted a lot on this, too. Thanks for bringing it up!

The same thought ocurred to me just the other day. I was remembering an occasion where I was having a medical procedure done. I was sitting on the medical table while the nurse was behind me trying to detach something from her equipment. When she finally got the thing loose, her hand went flying in my direction (and I can't see her) and the knuckle from one of her fingers dug into my ribs just right and I immediately jumped and laughed out loud. She started laughing too because it was so unexpected and funny...and yes, it was a little embarassing for me. I think she noticed that and said she was sorry as she was finishing her laughing. Luckily, it was just the two of us in the room. It definitely would have been worse if there were several people which did sometimes happen, but not during that visit.

You never know that is so true!! I hate that rub pushing thing the doc does. Thankfully tho I feel they know it going to happen so its not so awkward. Lol.

I have physical therapy twice a week. I started for an ankle sprain and my therapist (a guy about 5 years my senior) ending up finding out that I had a back problem because I was having tingling from my leg to my ankle. Now, I'm seeing him for therapy on my lower back/pelvis.

Yesterday was my first appointment for treatment solely for my back. I was laying on a table, which he was sitting on. He had my leg stretched out and my foot in his palm and he was stretching me out. The whole time, his fingers were flicking back and forth over the sole of my foot. I was able to hold it in and just barely flinch.

Then (I have absolutely no idea what he was doing), he put my leg down so that I was laying flat on my back. Then he said, "I'm going to see something really quick." He started looking at and palpating my ankles, which I was okay with. Then he moved upwards and decided to examine my hips, which he literally just started poking. My hips are one of my worst spots, so it was extremely hard not to laugh, but I got really jumpy. I still haven't figured out if he was oblivious or just screwing with me the whole time...

Not a fan of being tickled by people I don't know, but if I'm comfortable with the person, discreet tickling in public and trying to keep quiet can be super hot.

Whether he was oblivious or screwing with you, either way it sounds like being a physical therapist is an occupation full of interesting opportunities. 😀

Wow, really interesting....his fingers were just wiggling around on your soles for now apparent reason? I can understand more the hip thing potentially serving a purpose.....although it sounds like you weren't so sure if it did....

For a while last year I was going to physical therapy for a knee problem. Given that the knee is connected to the hip (you know the song), etc, there was a lot of work both on my knees and hip area, from exercises to massage. The knee stuff would occasionally tickle a lot. Actually in my first assessment there, the physical therapist was touching kind of lightly all over my knee and I thought I was going to lose it. I almost had to pull away and fought vigorously to keep my composure....so intense.

The physical therapist also had a technique she used that she said had to do with "re-setting" my alignment or something along those lines which involved pressing on a spot on my lower abdomen, which is incredibly ticklish. She would have to feel around to find just the right spot, which was on the right side of my abdomen, near my waistline - and then press on that spot. It tickled like crazy, and I was always worried I would not be able to handle how ticklish it was. I tried so hard not to show it, and amazingly, she never said anything, but I was always prepared for a sheepish little explanation of how ticklish I am there.

The fight to hide what your doing while in public is very erotic and fun. I've hung around friends who Block each other against a corner of a booth at a table and tickle each other. They try to hide it but its was very fun to watch.

I have a 2-year-old niece who likes to grab or tickle my feet when I'm not paying attention and because she catches me off guard, I screech! It takes all of my control to not accidentally kick her in the face because I'm not expecting it, and it's embarrassing when other people are around sometimes.

I do love being tickled in public if nobody notices, because the trying to hide it and stay quiet is sooo hot. My husband will tickle my thighs or knees when we're sitting at a table and it drives me crazy!

Being tickled by strangers is creepy and weird, and there's nothing I enjoy about it. If it does happen, during a pedicure or something, it's annoying and frustrating - not fun or exciting.

Oddly enough I never seem to have that problem. I think it's because the person isn't TRYING to tickle me.

its happened to me before with the EKG tests or a nurse or doctor using my foot to get a pulse it never embarrased me before but when i do flinch they'll always say sorry with a smile and sometimes say i'm ticklish too but its always the female Dr or nurse who admits it

Yeah, my physical therapist is extremely cool and extremely attractive, so I have no problem with him doing whatever he's doing. Like I said, I just want to know if he's screwing with me or not...

My other public experience was when I went to get my first tattoos. I got a smallish one on my ribs and a rather large rose on my foot. There were points during the tattoo that the artist actually had to restrain my foot by the ankle because it tickled so bad and I was getting jumpy. Who knew a tattoo could hurt and tickle at the same time? Definitely getting a few more. Haha.
