Embedded iframe disabled?

If I try to include an embedded iframe in a post the iframe tags are replaced by “********”.
Are they purposely disabled on the TMF?
 
Yes. They were used for malicious purposes, and are thus gone. You shouldn't use iframes anyway; they are the devil's tag.
