Found this picture. It's possible she could just be amused by something someone said but it could also be a ticklish reaction. I've no idea where this picture came from so I don't know if there's a caption to it anywhere that might shed some light on her amusement. Anyone know where the picture came from?

It's a ticklish reaction. She is getting a fish pedi. 9 times out of 10 it means it tickles them.
