Yes, that's right. Today is the 15'th of April 2008, and today actress Emma Watson turns 18.

So... here's a request for barefoot pics of Emma. I know Dwizzle has some (http://www.ticklingforum.com/showpost.php?p=824280&postcount=198), but does anyone else have any?

Just a remeinder that pictures taken before today are still off limits. But tickel stories of Emma are now legal.

I really fail to see the logic where any and all pictures taken before someone's 18th birthday would be "off limits".
Child pornography is illegal due to the sexual exploatation of innocent children, but that is another thing altogether; I doubt anyone would ask for and/or distribute such material on a forum such as this.

What has me a bit worried is this growing fear among forums, where any media (pic/vid etc.) is somehow deemed 'illegal' if it happens to contain a person who is not yet of legal age. This has nothing to do with reality: it is not the age of a person in a picture that makes it illegal; it is the contents of it that can make it so.
For example, pictures of underage celebrities from published magazines or photoshoots are perfectly legal; they have of course been scrutinized prior to publishing and would not have appeared otherwise. They are, therefore, OK to post in this regard.

Anyway, that's enough ranting for now.
I am still looking for the abovementioned pictures, so my request stands. If anybody has pictures to share, and don't want to post on the forum, please contact me in PM and we'll make other arrangements, and everybody will be happy! 😀

i dunno about "illegal", but a pic of a girl when she was 13 when she is now 18 would still be against posting rules here.

and to ask for pics of a girl, who is now 18, and not mind her age when the photos were previously taken, is a bit wrong.

TMF rules state that no material featuring minors of any kind may be posted. This includes any and ALL material of Emma Watson, or any other person, when they were under the age of 18, even if they are now at or above that age. ddd and others had it correct.
