Employee Sues After Being Fired For Passing Too Much Gas In the Office.

One of the more.. interesting stories I've read.

A man who was an employee of a pork roll maker company, says he was fired for supposedly passing too much gas in the office.

The man claimed he had gastric bypass surgery, which was the reason for his excessive gas.

The company claimed that the man was fired for supposedly making the office smell.

That is a brilliant way to get the office with a window. He should of worked that angle. Seriously though...firing is a bit extreme. I'm sure if they wasn't being stupid they could of found a way around it.
