Yes. Some are, some aren't. You're gonna have to spend money to find out. maybe a lot. Find more than one, because you never know if one is going to take the day off, retire, or get busted. Many offer a 15 or 20 minute or an "in and out". Try that first, it's less expensive.

Also, restrict your activities to tickling. No sense breaking the law. If tickling for money is considered prostitution in your area (hey it can happen, be sure about this stuff) then don't do it.
