Ethnicity labeling in clip posts...just an observation

I opted to post this here versus replying to the 20 day old clip I just looked at.

Does anyone else find it odd that no one seems to get offended when somebody writes "asian tickling" or "latino tickling" in the title or posts of thier clips? No one even complains if it says Japanese, Chinese, or Mexican. I have only heard people complain about the label of "black tickling" titles, saying it is insensitive and perhaps even racist. I find this quite interesting.

I would personally love it if people listed hair color, ethnicity, and gender of the ticklers and ticklees(which people do for the most part already) for all clips, because believe it or not, people do have thier preferences and that would simplify the task of searching for the kinds of clips you prefer much easier. It is true that tickling clips are just that, tickling clips. But labeling a clip as a "tickling clip" would be trivial, would it not? That is what the vidclips section is for, posting tickling video clips.

Then again, I can't complain too awful much. I shouldn't complain at all. After all, this is all free and I do have a shiny new cable connection 😀...not to mention I have contributed exactly nothing to this board except my observations and thanks.

That jaguar clip was a good one, by the way. Thanks for sharing it.

to get offended just seemed silly to me. i mean, how else can we classify clips?

A person tickled.wmv...... seems broad ranged, huh. not to mention, they should here that like 20 times a day.

i ride the public bus to work and i hear "white boy" and "cracker" all the time. i don't get upset.

Question is: who's getting offended?
Just ask how people would like to be referred to.
As long as we can agree on a common term, we should be fine.

Good Question????

I've noticed it before, but the latest example I've seen takes place on the "giggly girl" thread in the Vidclip Corner. Funny a topic like ethnicity is brought up on that post because ethnicity is not mentioned at all in the initial post or in the poster's description of the clip. Someone brought it up...

Plus, I'm sure someone who has claimed to be offended in the past will respond to this post...hopefully. If not, I guess I'm talking just to talk. 🙄

it is not odd because nobody gives a shit even though there are lots of internet racists and especially lots of internet closet racists

It seems to be standard practice to identify the ethnicities of the models at fetish forums in general, with the assumption that no label means "white." The preferred term for "black" at one forum I frequent is "Ebony."

As a non-white person, I am not offended by ethnic labels or the lack thereof, as long as unpleasant epithets are not used. I expressed concern over a proposed permanent, separate subforum for non-white clips because I thought that would send the wrong message about our community, but labels in the title are perfectly acceptable, and I usually label my own uploads accordingly.

Of course, I cannot speak for other non-white members on this matter, and I would like to hear their opinions as well.

Love to all,

As a black woman, I dont care. They're not talking about me in specifics, nor are they disrespecting said person, and said person is not upset, then I dont make it ay bigger than it is.
