European Phone Service Commercial MM/M foot tickling

Anyone remember a video clip of a commercial (maybe phone service?), looked European, where a guy's leg was stretched for miles and two other guys followed the leg until they reached the foot.

They took his shoe and sock off and when they started tickling his foot, the scene showed the guy back at his apartment laughing his head off.
