I went see Dark Shadows Friday, and saw something literally never, EVER thought I'd ever, never, EVER, EVER see in a mainstream, Hollywood
movie, even those that take place in the 70's or 80's....because they ALWAYS retcon history and take them out:
Eva Green, after her big "sex battle" with Johnny Depp, is on the couch in FLESH COLORED, SHEER TOE, PANTYHOSE. Heart stopping. Amazing.
First we had the MIRACLE of the Avengers movie, just existing, then Scarlett Johanson in black pantyhose......
But THIS. WOW! This image, and the next one, haven't been featured in a Hollywood movie since the 80's!
The next image was even better - Eva Green, shoes off, flesh colored pantyhose, feet on desk, talking to Johnny Depp.....GASP!
The movie is worth seeing just for those two scenes, which run a while.
Actually, the movie was...okay, but you need to go see it to see Johnny Depp, and Eva Green. They introduce a cast of characters...then forget about most
of them. What is there is entertaining enough for a ticket price. Jackie Earle Haley is hilarious as the drowsy, drunk groundskeeper. Angelique and Barnabus going at each other should have just been the whole movie.
