the second line is: konna ookii munette dou natterun darou...
when misao laughs it's "kyahahaha...(little tsu)!!....
what rei is thinking is: "na... ko... kore...."
and then in the end misao says: "ch chotto REI doko sawatteno...?!
the sound effect in the last panel is biken (?)

roughly translating: "indeed looking closely there is appeal"
"with a chest this big what could happpen (or maybe how would it be?) I wonder..."
