Are there any, or is there interest in starting any, events or groups in the twin cities area?
The bdsm and swinger scene is alive and well here, just scan Fet Life and there are a bunch of big groups with almost weekly play parties or meet and greets...but for the tickling community, well, is there even a community around here?
