It happens a lot more than you think. I've been plenty guilty of screwing around with my ex-gf on the job when we were younger. There were cameras and everything in the backroom, but I was young and didn't give a shit. It's kind of hot. You mix in the thrill of possibly getting caught and it makes it that much more passionate.

Oh, believe me, dating a co-worker is bad news. Fooling around with one doesn't bother me that much, but dating them is a big NO. I've done it before and nothing worse than having absolutely a zero buffer zone between your personal life and work life. Everyone at work knows your business. You see your gf at work, and after work. You're in a fight with your gf, forget taking your mind off of it at work because she's there. She pisses you off at work, you have that to deal with after work. I worked in a grocery store for 5years and nearly 60% of the young crowd were dating each other. Needless to say, all the relationships typically ended disasterously.
