ever have "one of those days"...

im having a day, lol, has anyone else ever had one like this??

i only get them once every few months, but today is BAD! everywhere i look, i see something related to tickling! everywhere...and like, everything turns into it...my mind seems to warp the real world into my own little one, lol! it's crazy! i see a commercial for a toothbrush, im zoned out for at least the next five minutes daydreaming. hospital scene from a drama? if only the guy was tied down to the mattress....another zone out! forget if i see the word 'pickle' 'ticking' 'ticket' ect....it's so distracting, i haven't been able to concertrate all day!!

am i alone in these sort of days??

Na, you are just suffering from tickleitis.
It happens to us all...
I always get "sidetracked" when someone writes or says particularly or some variation of that word...when I write the word I have to make sure I don't spell it parTICKular.
The secretary at work has a way of dragging the "tic" out of that word and it drives me crazy!
Oh, and that "one of those days" is WORSE after a NEST or gathering!!!
OMG, it is amazing, after a gathering you just want to tickle every living person you run into...To go from tickling or talking tickling with every person in a room for 5 hours and then going back to "reality" is very disconcerting!

I can relate to the after the gathering syndrome. Everything you look at or think of reminds me of tickling and I can daydream for days afterwards....

just have to anticipate the next one!!

I think because it's been to long since I've tickled someone, I have alot of beautiful women at my work who like to flirt as well, which is kind of a double edged sword. We have cameras watching us at work, so the last thing I'd want to do is to be caught on film tickling a girl (in a purley quick and playful manner of course) at work, I'd be fired for sure (lol). Besides that's not very proffessional now is it. Yeah I think tickling just about everywhere I go (the way most other guys probably think about sex) the drummer in my band plays with drum brushes on some of our songs, I think about useing them on a woman, I look in the mirror at the goatee I've been growing I think about applying it to the arch of a foot, I see a woman in sandals......well I just hope they don't catch me looking too hard.

I feel it when I see someone get tickled in public. I stare as if I've never seen it before. Then I fantasize I'm the ler or the lee (I'm not always picky). Then I flush thinking that someone sees the look on my face. Do they know what's going through my mind right now? If they could, I'd be arrested!😀

Also, certain clothing catches my eye. A woman with a certain blouse that allows a tummy to show, or a guy with a muscle shirt where you can see good spots with your imagination.

Looks like I spoke too soon. They've started wearing the shoes again! Sometimes they take them off just as they're about to go through, or they try to make it through and the alarm goes off. They just smile and shake their heads as they step out of their shoes.
I'll tell you, a lot of those ladies are not unattractive, but watching them pass through the detectors in their stocking/socked feet, I'd swear they'd qualify for SUPERMODEL status!

These past few days I have felt like this! Especially with the warmer weather coming around and more girls wearing sandles and less clothing around my campus. It's a killer! I don't know if I like it or hate it because it's like such a tease! At least I got a little bit of tickling at a party i went to last night But yeah like whenever I hear the word "tickle" bells like go off in my head Hope you get to tickle someone soon Claire! Or should I say see someone get tickled 🙂

I think the single biggest reason I enjoy going to gatherings and such, is I get to hear people tell these sorts of stories, and I literally LMAO! It is sooo funny because you NEVER EVER EEEEEEVVVER have anyone relate these sort of things to you in your day to day life.

No dear, you're not alone. I don't know which is worse... when you lazily open your eyes in the morning, imagining your eye lashes tickling invisible partickles in the air... or when it's induced. It's one thing to wake up with it on your mind and another thing to be merrily going about your business and then... BLAM, your tickle consciousness gets blindsided! I'm in a meeting... blah blah blah...and my colleague suggests "Well perhaps we can use a tickler file..." Did she HAVE to say it?? Enunciating the word and everything.. like it's in slow audio motion... Tttiiicccckkkkllleeerrrr.... Well dammit now it just keeps echoing in my head. I'm like Sisyphos. I roll the memory ALLLMOST out of my head and it comes crashing back. Shucks, now even the word "file" has me going into my own mental machinations. Does the mouse tickle my desktop when I move it??? I too have found that the more I tickle the MORE I want to tickle...
