Hey guy, before I was married I walked up to a few women in this position (young like this and older), bent down and tickled their feet but would kept walking. Most of the reactions were a screech and jerking of foot and leg upward and some were like hey, or why did you tickle my feet, I'm ticklish or just a giggle. Even if not married I would never do that today, too risky. LOL

I was gonna say. It's hot/fun to read about but that is EXTREMELY risky today. Plus to be honest I'm kinda iffy about the whole tickling a random stranger in public thing. Some people love that on here, but i just feel weird about touching some woman's bare foot and tickling her without some type of relationship or consent between us
