Excite.com versus Yahoo

As most now know, Yahoo has increased the size of there free e-mail accounts to 100MB. Well, I also use Excite e-mail (3 accounts), and recently got informed that Excite is increasing the size of their free e-mail accounts to 125MB.

For those of you that are un-happy with Yahoo, perhaps you should check them out. I don't know if thay have groups and all the other stuff Yahoo has, but it wouldn't hurt to check them out.

I get a lot less Spam in my Excite mail boxes than I have with Yahoo.

Just a little info for anyone that may be interested.

if i remember correctly. i think i used Excite email alittle while back. But i forgot my user name and password and all that on it!

But does Excite email have good smilies you can insert just like Yahoo Mail does? or no?

Hotmail just increased too...

Hotmail is planning to increase to 250MB of email storage...
How do they go from 2MB crazy small to 250MB crazy big!!!

Just amazing stuff...
All of these increases are because Google.com is planning 1GB!!!
of EMAIL storage!!
My God, can you imagine the SPAM of stuff you will get in your inbox!
Hell, we will be able to send each other video clips and not just JPEGS!!!

I mean I could see if the storage space went from 2MB to maybe 10 or 15MB but 250MB!!!

Soon after, I couldn't use my e-mail, their search pages, anything.

Brass tacks: I thought they closed.

Now they have even better e-mail ? It's still free ???

Like, duh ?

Will somebody give me a clue ?

Excite got new ownership, oh about 1 to 2 years ago. I have a personal account there and I am quite happy with it.

I did loose all my email addy's during the transition...but that was the only problem. I have never had a problem with them since.

I used to use excite but forgot my username and password, used hotmail but I got about 1700 pieces of spam a day, yahoo isnt as bad yet
