I believe what you're talking about is a sick fantasy called "financial exploitation" and there are lots of websites for people who are into it. It's not healthy, the men who engage in it want to be caught, siphon far too much money from their own life and are NEVER respected by the woman they've begged to take them.

Real blackmail is against the law and does not happen. It's all a fantasy and a very unhealthy one.
