A few years ago, I ordered several illustrations for my novel "Space Ticklers" from the gifted artist Zuni (appeared in "Tales from the Asylum" several times), and she created 3 wonderful pictures for me. One of them is the attached pic, showing three cute exotic pets (called "ant-rabbits") tickling a nude woman on a remote planet.

The other 2 Zuni custom drawings and the wonderful artwork of several other talented artists can be seen here: http://smartgroups.com/groups/halticklingclub1

In the "files" section of that club, you'll find all my own English and German short stories on tickling.

If you'd like to read a full novel about F/F tickling (including very erotic elements), here is the link where it's available: http://www.mtjpub.com/enovels/space_tick.html

Enjoy! 😎

So it was you who ordered that pic! 😀

And Zuni is a "she". Didn't know.
This explains the smoother style. Looked very soft for a man - way softer than, say, BAC or even Mandell. 🙂

Tnx for sharing. 🙂

Yes, and the contract work wasn't exactly cheap! But the result was worth every single cent for me. I wish I could draw only half as skilfully as Zuni. Such a pity that she doesn't do any more tickling work...

She doesn't? Some artists just "disappear" from the scene.

Well, dunno if new recruits can fit her shoes - I know I can't. Heels hurt like hell. 😀 - but maybe you could "enroll" some new artist for your newest stories.

Who's on business, anyway, now?

Oh well, other artists have a different style, but that doesn't mean they're less talented.

Who's on business now? Two still active artists whose style I really dig are PhilJ and TKL. PhilJ's tickle-erotic drawings would match wonderfully with my equally erotic type of tickle stories. And TKL did the covers for my 2 novels anyway (attached). Quite interesting to see what two different artists make of the same theme... 😎

Yes. Good choices. 🙂
I've been digging Phil's art even before he had a group on msn.

I'm not sure I can quite place TKL. The covers seems Zuni's work. Are you referring to VU's lead artist?

No, Vellicatrices Unlimited is FTKL. TKL actually has a very similar style to Zuni's, and the covers were done by him. He published several pics in "Tales from the Asylum".

Most of the comic/cartoon/anime style work doesn't appeal to me. I prefer good, old-fashioned realistic drawings... 😉 Artists like Mandell and Kagan, for example, but I haven't seen anything new from them for quite a while.

Hey, somebody should do a site about the history of famous tickle art! 😛

I think I've never heard of Kagan. I should go and search.

About TKL I'm clueless, unless he's the same artist who did the various heroines pics.

On that, I completely agree: his style matches Zuni's quite closely. Same smoothness of lines.

It's come to my mind one artist who's really good at realistic pics: Serpieri - who's drawn Druuna. Too bad he's never done tk art - besides a couple of panels just hinting tk without showing it.

Another - albeit more stylized - is Bishop, but it's a bit too much SMBD oriented for my [mild] tastes. 🙂
I've seen just 5 or so tk pics from him, but they were striking.
You prolly know him, though. 🙂

There's a Kagan pic in the attachment. I don' know about any superheroine pics by TKL, and I don't know Druuna either. But of course I know the old Bishop drawings, they are fabulous, even in their SM style.

Thanks for the lesson guys; and great art I might add. I particularly like Zuni's stuff. Do you have anymore of her?

If only history class was this much fun :tounge:

So, THIS is Kagan! I've seen a small handful of his pics. Maybe just this one in a couple of versions/manips.

Did he do SM as well? I think I recall seeing SMBD art with in a vaguely similar style - same Conan-like genre.
[Conan the Barbarian, guys, we's speaking history here! 😀 ]

History IS fun. Well, actually it's gory and brutal... but, hey, that's why we gather here. To have some laugh! 😀

This reminds me: has Chesire ever finished the comic you used for you avatar? That story was real fun. 🙂
