Hello, there is a French series from 1993 called "F comme Fantômette." There is an episode where a man gets his feet tickled by some kind of witch. The episode (unavailable even on YouTube) is supposedly the sixth one and titled "Prise de tête pour Fantômette". If someone has the episode, it would be great to put it online.
