I ask, because i saw such an event yesterday in the park- the ler just ran off laughing!

I was at my cousins wedding last sunday. We were doing the electric train where all the people put their hands on the person infront of them. Anyway. I was listening to a conversation in back of me, between two girls as we were moving. One of the girls tickled the other girl on her neck and said"what your not ticklish on your neck". The other girl replied "no, only on other parts of my body". Oh and no i didnt ask them if they had a ticklish fetish. But that was my cool moment.

Yeah- the "train" is a really good excuse for tickling someone who doesn't expect it!
