i dont think it's tickling

i've watched the clip many times over and from what i saw the dom is picking at a wound the sub has onher inner thigh. you can see it if you look closely. the dom isnt reacting ticklishly she sounds more like she's moaning in pain. i could be wrong but that's what i see.
