It's been a long time coming...Helena wants a rematch with Nicole, and Helena believe she can overcome her "weakness" of being excessively ticklish. Once Nicole Oring is in control, Helena is put to the test as she resists laughing and squirming. While she does well at the start, Nicole's relentless tickling breaks Helena's resolve and she gives in. Each fall has Helena attempt to resist Nicole's tickling while trapped in a wrestling hold, but she is continually broken down while tickled on her bare feet, and once disrobed to the bikini underneath, her bare skin.

Trying to wrestle Nicole was a disaster for Helena, so Helena has returned with a pair of boxing gloves to fight her this time. Nicole bets Helena won't even land a punch. As Helena throws punches at Nicole, Nicole goes after Helena's exposed belly with her fingers to tickle her, taking advantage of her ticklishness. After giving Helena plenty of chances, Nicole puts Helena in a headlock and takes her to the mats, all while tickling her exposed flesh. Nicole traps Helena in a scissor lock and begins tickling the soles of her feet, taunting as Helena can't stop giggling. No matter how hard Helena tries, she just can't seem to get one over on Nicole, as Nicole tickles her relentlessly.
