its been a while since i seen this clip. it is a story on tickling and a blonde lasy takes this guy down into a dungeon type place and puts him into stocks and pulls a feather out of her back pocket. and then tickles him. they also talk to a few people on the street b4 they go into the stocks...hope anyone knows what im talking about....any help is a huge step. thanks TMF land!!!!
