If I remembr right (I've only seen it once years ago) Pebbles has burried Fred in the sand, and crawls off. He calls Wilma for help, and she says some thing like "Sure Fred, but I can't let this pass by" and starts tickling Fred's feet.

I'd LOVE to see the one...
...where Betty tickles Barney's foot. If I remember the scenario...Barney just got a bowling ball dropped on his foot by Fred (in the previous scene) and he is nursing it by standing on the opposite leg and holding the hurt foot straight up in the air. He's "buffing" it with a cloth as if he were polishing a shoe. Betty wants him to let her attend something or other and he says no...so she takes hold of the foot while it's still in the air and begins to tickle his sole with one finger...causing him to laugh helplessly and hop backward on one leg while she continues to tickle his foot. She keeps tickling and teasing saying "...are you surrre...?" or something like that until Barney finally says "OK Betty heh hee ha ha ha OK!"
I think this is another lost classic cartoon tickle...! 😀
PS: I've never seen the Fred in the sand tickle but I've seen the neighbor tickles Fred scene many, many times! :happy:

Actually, the scene if from the episode where Fred has to go back to school. Instead of picking up Barney like he was supposed to, Fred speeds by Barney. Barney runs after Fred, then has to run into work and back home, his feet read and throbbing. He is buffing them back to normal when talking to Betty. They think Fred is going to "Executive School' and Betty tickles Barney into getting him to ask his boss (Mr. Slade as well I believe) to send him to executive school as well...
