I just saw an old episode from a nickelodeon show called Zoey 101. The episode is from season 1, episode 7, titled , The Play.
In the episode the young boy , Dustin is feeling sick, coughing, so a dark haired scientist looking girl named Quinn decides to try some inventions to cure him.
She first trys a special vacuum, looking thing to suck the germs out of his mouth. When that dosen't work
she next has him lying on a bed with his ankles in the stocks. She is seen taking off his shoes and socks while he asks her why. She then tells him something like she's going to apply proton impulses to the soles of his feet. He asks if he can leave and she says "No" and then picks up an apparatus.
She turns it on while standing near his bare , restrained feet and little electrical sparkly, flashy things
start on his soles. He immediately starts laughing and yells " it tickles". After a few moments she stops and asks " do you feel better?" to which he says "No" .
So now she readjusts her device and hits the button as the little electric squiggly things really start
tickling his bare feet. He is going nuts laughing and pounding on the bed as she continues his torture for
several moments.
Its a nice tickle scene if you can find it. It was pulled from youtube as a copyright violation or something.
For those of us that grew up with older sisters it really brings back moments of bondage and sheer tickling torture.
