f/m on spin city

Hey guys,

Just found a f/m tickling moment on "spin city". James (Alexander Chaplin) was showing a fight move by raising his arms. With his armpits exposed, Janelle (Victoria Dillard) saw her chance to get his armpits. I just love it how she tickles him.

The episode is 'The Kidney's All Right'
