I'm gonna call fake on this one. I think her face and her right shoulder are slightly different tones, and the shoulder seems a bit more blurry than the face. The shading also seems a bit odd, but hey, I'm not a pro!

My choice is fake. Look closely and you can see the face is no more than a "mask" color-blended to fit the outside of the face. But as mentioned above.. a really really good one. Secondly, Faith Hill would not do such a photo shoot, and thirdly, the arm bracelet just isn't her style. But again.. a very good fake.
