I watched Law & Order SVU few weeks ago and I wondered something. And before I start, let me clarify because I also posted something else about underage and I don't want anyone to think I'm into it (not that I judge anyone who is but I'm personally not and I don't think I can really endorse it either). Anyways, is it legal if a video company markets itself (however these underground illegal activity companies market themselves) to child porn enthusiasts as the only site to bring real child porn and yet the video company employs perfectly legal 18 yr old (or older) females and use video enhancing technology to make them look A LOT younger than they really are. Obviously, it's false advertising but disregard that. I want to know what people think. So, if someone was totally into child porn, buys tons of videos from this site thinking this is all child porn, gets off on it thinking it's child porn and all along, the models in the video are over 18 and they are just graphically made to look younger, is there anything illegal going on?
In my opinion, no. Sick? Maybe. Unethical? Totally. But illegal (again, disregarding the false advertisement), no. That's my take. What's yours?
